NICOLAS BILLON - PLAYWRIGHT
Nic writes for theatre, television, and film.
His work has been produced around the world. Nic adapted his first play, The Elephant Song, into a feature film starring Xavier Dolan, Bruce Greenwood, and Catherine Keener. His latest, The Neighbours, opens at the Tarragon Theatre in February 2026.
Nic’s work has garnered over a dozen awards, including a Governor-General’s Award for Drama, a Canadian Screen Award, and a Writers Guild of Canada Screenwriting Award.

CHRISTINE HORNE - DIRECTOR/DRAMATURG
Christine’s most recent stage credits include Tiff’ny of Athens (Shakespeare in the Ruff), Wicked Nix (YPT), Infinite Life (Coal Mine), Angels in America (That Theatre Company/Buddies), Richard Three (Ruff), Things I Know To Be True (Company Theatre/Mirvish), Three Sisters (Howland Co.), Light (Tarragon), and the title role in Prince Hamlet (Why Not Theatre). As a writer she co-adapted Tiffn’y of Athens with Nathaniel Hanula-James (Ruff) and R+J with Ravi Jain and Alex Bulmer (Stratford), and has contributed personal essays, interviews, and memorials for Intermission Magazine and CBCArts. Christine is a member of the Collective Artistic Leadership at Shakespeare in the Ruff. She has received a Dora Award, a Canadian Screen Award, and the Birks Diamond Tribute to Women in Film.

CONOR LING - STAGE DIRECTION
Conor is delighted to take part in his first lab at The Vault!! Big thanks to the Vault Team, the cast, Nicolas, and Christine. Originally from the UK, Conor is a graduate of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York. ZISKA LOUIS - MAX
Ziska Louis is an actor, musician and physical theatre artist, originally from Switzerland, raised in Wales. Ziska began performing with the National Youth Theatre of Wales, going on to graduate from Manchester School of Theatre. Ziska is grateful and excited to have the opportunity to be part of Inner Oceans. Canadian credits include: Romeo & Juliet (Canadian Stage); The Darkest Dark (YPT); Russell’s World (YPT); On A Night Like This (Soulpepper).

LIISA REPO-MARTELL - ANNA
Liisa Repo-Martell is an award-winning stage and screen actor and one the founding members of Artists for Real Climate Action. She has also written a new adaptation of Chekhov’s Uncle Vanya for Crows Theatre and Ibsen’s Hedda Gabler for Coal Mine Theatre and was one of writer/producers of the satirical web series, The Big Oil Alliance. SIENNA SINGH - ANNA
Sienna is an actor/director/producer and a graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University’s acting program. They are one of the founding member's and Co-ADs of Panoply Theatre Collective. They have also acted with many indie Toronto companies, including Mass Exodus with BadFox Collective, Prove a Villain, LoveSick, The Bacchae, Macbeth, and Romeo & Juliet etc with Panoply Collective, ‘Tis Pity She’s a Whore with Shakespeare Bash’d, Queen Margaret and Portia’s

BEN YOGANATHAN - COLIN
Ben Yoganathan is a Sri Lankan-born, Toronto-based actor, writer, composer, and director. A graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University, he has performed as Hal/Henry V in Driftwood Theatre’s Henry V, Andrei in The Howland Company’s Three Sisters, and Todd Tweedle in Mixtape Project’s Dora-nominated musical Killing Time.
As a composer, Ben has created music for Kole Durnford’s play ECHO (Edmonton Fringe Festival) and several dance works, including Embrasement Synaptique by Zach Bastille (Festival Quartiers Danses), a subject by Alli Carry (Fall for Dance North), and The Skin by Emily Duckett (Kinetic Studio Open Series).
Ben has written two full-length plays: Hunger, which premiered at the Terra Firma Festival at The Theatre Centre, and ZEITGEIST, which premiered at the 2025 Toronto Fringe Festival.
He recently completed a creation residency with Experi Theater in Zurich, Switzerland, where he developed and performed a one-person show, and was selected for an international residency with Odin Teatret in Ringkøbing, Denmark.
